THE POWER OF PERSISTENT PRAYER

HH, Patriarch Sir Godfrey

Dearly beloved members of The Mystical Order Ministries,

Grace and peace be multiplied unto you. Today, I write as your Patriarch to remind you of one of the most powerful gifts given to the believer—prayer. Prayer is the breath of the spirit, the heartbeat of faith, and the bridge between man and his Creator. It is through prayer that mountains are moved, chains are broken, and the will of God is revealed in our lives.

Persistent prayer is not about repetition, but about faith that refuses to give up. Our Lord taught that men ought always to pray and not lose heart. The widow who continually approached the judge received justice because she would not relent. So must we approach the throne of grace—with steadfastness and confidence that our God both hears and answers His children in due time.

Too often, we pray once and leave the matter behind, thinking silence means denial. But our Father delays not to deny, but to develop us. Every unanswered prayer is a lesson in trust, teaching us patience and dependence upon divine timing. When we persist in prayer, we demonstrate faith that transcends circumstance, believing that God is working behind the scenes even when evidence seems absent.

Let every minister, officer, and member of this great Order make persistent prayer a daily discipline. In your homes, in your church, and in your quiet hour, lift your hearts to heaven with unwavering confidence. The Mystical Order cannot thrive on wisdom and structure alone; we must be fortified by continual intercession. The true strength of this ministry lies not in our numbers or titles, but in our communion with God through prayer.

Beloved, your prayers are never wasted. They rise before the throne like incense, and in due season, the answers will bloom in beauty and power. Prayer not only changes situations—it changes hearts. The believer who prays persistently grows in discernment, peace, and authority. Those who tarry before God will always walk in strength before men.

Let us therefore rekindle the altar of prayer in our lives and ministries. Let worship flow with sincerity; let intercession rise with faith; let thanksgiving be heard continually. When The Mystical Order is unified in prayer, no darkness can prevail against it.

May your prayer life deepen in this season. May your words reach heaven, your faith remain steadfast, and your spirit be renewed each day through communion with the Almighty.

With prayerful blessings,
The Patriarch

FROM THE DESK OF THE QUEEN ABBESS

A Message from The Queen Abbess Dr. Patriarch Hackshaw To The Mystical Order Ministries: Making Christ the Center of Your Life This Christmas Beloved Members of The Mystical Order Ministries, I greet you with profound joy and spiritual affection as we enter into this sacred season of Christmas. It is my privilege and honour to extend to you my warmest wishes for a law-abiding, peaceful, and joyous holiday season. May the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ bring renewed hope, divine blessing, and transformative grace into every aspect of your lives. Christmas commemorates the most pivotal moment in human history—when the eternal Son of God humbled Himself and entered our world as a helpless infant. This divine condescension reveals the heart of our God: a heart that loves deeply, forgives completely, and desires an intimate relationship with each of His children. The birth of Christ was not merely a religious event; heaven declared that God has not abandoned humanity but has come to dwell a...

THE ETERNAL WALK

HH, Patriarch Godfrey Gregg The journey of faith is not limited to the span of our earthly years—it is a walk that stretches into eternity. For those who belong to the Lord, life is more than a fleeting moment; it is the beginning of an everlasting union with God. Our walk with Him is both present and eternal. From the beginning, God has desired fellowship with man.  “Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away”  (Genesis 5:24). Enoch’s life reminds us that walking with God is not bound by earthly limitations but leads to eternal fellowship with Him. Jesus confirms this promise of eternal companionship, declaring:  “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die”  (John 11:25–26). Our walk continues beyond death, for in Christ we have eternal life. Paul describes this journey beautifully:  “For we walk by faith, not by ...

THE POWER OF GRATITUDE

HH, Patriarch Sir Godfrey Children of the Faith, Gratitude is the key that unlocks the fullness of God’s blessings. A thankful heart turns what we have into enough and more. It recognizes God’s hand in every circumstance and magnifies His goodness beyond measure. Gratitude is not merely a response to blessings received but a lifestyle that colours our perspective and strengthens our faith. In The Mystical Order, let us cultivate a spirit of thanksgiving in every season. When trials come, let gratitude be the lens through which we view them—as tools for growth and deeper reliance on God. When blessings abound, may our hearts overflow in praise and generosity. A thankful heart brings joy and peace, binds us together in humility, and stands as a testimony to the world of God’s faithfulness. Let us give thanks in all things, knowing that this is God’s will for us in Christ Jesus. Today, renew your commitment to gratitude. Let your prayers be filled with thanksgiving and your lips wit...
