ENDURANCE IN THE JOURNEY

HH, Patriarch Sir Godfrey

Beloved members of The Mystical Order Ministries,

Peace, grace, and endurance be upon each of you this blessed day. As your Patriarch, my heart is moved to speak of the divine virtue of endurance—the steadfast strength to continue pressing forward even when the road seems long and the burdens heavy. The Christian life, beloved, is not a sprint but a journey that requires patience, perseverance, and trust in the promises of God.

In every age, the faithful have faced seasons of trial. Some endured persecution, others loss or discouragement, yet each found victory in holding fast to their faith. Our Lord endured the cross, despising the shame, because He saw the joy that lay beyond suffering. So too must we keep our eyes fixed not on the trials before us but on the crown that awaits beyond them. The journey may test the flesh, but it strengthens the spirit.

Endurance is not simply surviving hardships; it is growing through them. Each difficulty serves to deepen our reliance on God and shape us into vessels fit for divine purpose. Just as the potter moulds the clay through pressure, so does the Master refine us through life’s challenges. Never mistake your trial for abandonment. When you feel weakest, God is doing His greatest work within you.

As members of The Mystical Order Ministries, endurance must be one of our defining marks. The ministry’s growth, stability, and legacy depend on those who can labour faithfully over time—when applause is absent, when support wanes, and when challenges seem insurmountable. Endurance transforms our duty into devotion and our trials into testimonies.

Beloved, take courage: every storm passes. Every dark night gives way to dawn. The Apostle Paul reminds us that our present sufferings are light compared to the glory that will be revealed in us. You are not running in vain; each step brings you closer to the fulfilment of your divine calling. Keep your spirit anchored in prayer, your mind fixed on the Word, and your heart open to renewal.

When fatigue whispers that it is easier to quit, remember that perseverance perfects faith. Encourage one another in love. Lift the weary and strengthen the faint-hearted among you. The Mystical Order stands today because of those who endured before you. Continue that legacy by walking steadfastly through your own season.

May the God who gives patience and consolation grant you strength to endure and hope to remain steadfast until your joy is full and your journey complete.

With enduring love,
The Patriarch

FROM THE DESK OF THE QUEEN ABBESS

A Message from The Queen Abbess Dr. Patriarch Hackshaw To The Mystical Order Ministries: Making Christ the Center of Your Life This Christmas Beloved Members of The Mystical Order Ministries, I greet you with profound joy and spiritual affection as we enter into this sacred season of Christmas. It is my privilege and honour to extend to you my warmest wishes for a law-abiding, peaceful, and joyous holiday season. May the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ bring renewed hope, divine blessing, and transformative grace into every aspect of your lives. Christmas commemorates the most pivotal moment in human history—when the eternal Son of God humbled Himself and entered our world as a helpless infant. This divine condescension reveals the heart of our God: a heart that loves deeply, forgives completely, and desires an intimate relationship with each of His children. The birth of Christ was not merely a religious event; heaven declared that God has not abandoned humanity but has come to dwell a...

THE ETERNAL WALK

HH, Patriarch Godfrey Gregg The journey of faith is not limited to the span of our earthly years—it is a walk that stretches into eternity. For those who belong to the Lord, life is more than a fleeting moment; it is the beginning of an everlasting union with God. Our walk with Him is both present and eternal. From the beginning, God has desired fellowship with man.  “Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away”  (Genesis 5:24). Enoch’s life reminds us that walking with God is not bound by earthly limitations but leads to eternal fellowship with Him. Jesus confirms this promise of eternal companionship, declaring:  “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die”  (John 11:25–26). Our walk continues beyond death, for in Christ we have eternal life. Paul describes this journey beautifully:  “For we walk by faith, not by ...

THE POWER OF GRATITUDE

HH, Patriarch Sir Godfrey Children of the Faith, Gratitude is the key that unlocks the fullness of God’s blessings. A thankful heart turns what we have into enough and more. It recognizes God’s hand in every circumstance and magnifies His goodness beyond measure. Gratitude is not merely a response to blessings received but a lifestyle that colours our perspective and strengthens our faith. In The Mystical Order, let us cultivate a spirit of thanksgiving in every season. When trials come, let gratitude be the lens through which we view them—as tools for growth and deeper reliance on God. When blessings abound, may our hearts overflow in praise and generosity. A thankful heart brings joy and peace, binds us together in humility, and stands as a testimony to the world of God’s faithfulness. Let us give thanks in all things, knowing that this is God’s will for us in Christ Jesus. Today, renew your commitment to gratitude. Let your prayers be filled with thanksgiving and your lips wit...
