THE POWER OF PRAYER

HH, Patriarch Sir Godfrey

Beloved Members of The Mystical Order Ministries,

Prayer is the sacred bridge that connects heaven and earth—a channel through which we commune with the Creator of all things. It nourishes our spirit, strengthens our faith, and empowers our ministry. Without prayer, our efforts become mere human endeavours. With prayer, the impossible becomes possible because we invite the power of God into the midst of our lives and work.

Remember the example of our Lord Jesus Christ, who frequently withdrew to pray, even amid pressing demands. His ministry was undergirded by communion with the Father, and so must ours be. Prayer is not simply a desperate plea in moments of trouble but a daily lifeline that sustains and guides us continually.

In The Mystical Order, we have witnessed the power of united prayer. When believers gather with one accord, heaven responds. The prayers of the righteous are effective and powerful (James 5:16). Let us grow in the discipline of fervent prayer—praying without ceasing and bringing every request before God with thanksgiving (Philippians 4:6-7).

Do not hesitate to bring your concerns, hopes, and praise before the Lord. Prayer is the language of the heart, where we lay bare our deepest needs and offer our highest worship. It transforms our perspective, aligning our will with God’s and equipping us to face every challenge.

Prayer also builds community. When we intercede for one another, we carry each other's burdens and strengthen the bond of love within our fellowship. No one should feel isolated; our prayers bind us together as one body in Christ. The testimony of The Mystical Order is shaped by such devoted prayer.

Today, I urge each member to commit anew to a life of prayer. Establish sacred times for silence and listening, for praise and petition. Seek the Holy Spirit’s guidance to pray according to God’s will and trust that He hears you.

As you pray, be assured that the Lord is working behind the scenes—moving hearts, opening doors, and manifesting His purposes. Your prayers are not in vain. Through prayer, mountains are moved, lives are transformed, and God’s kingdom advances.

Let this ministry be known as a house of prayer, continually lifting up the name of Jesus, and walking in the victory secured by communication with our Heavenly Father.

FROM THE DESK OF THE QUEEN ABBESS

A Message from The Queen Abbess Dr. Patriarch Hackshaw To The Mystical Order Ministries: Making Christ the Center of Your Life This Christmas Beloved Members of The Mystical Order Ministries, I greet you with profound joy and spiritual affection as we enter into this sacred season of Christmas. It is my privilege and honour to extend to you my warmest wishes for a law-abiding, peaceful, and joyous holiday season. May the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ bring renewed hope, divine blessing, and transformative grace into every aspect of your lives. Christmas commemorates the most pivotal moment in human history—when the eternal Son of God humbled Himself and entered our world as a helpless infant. This divine condescension reveals the heart of our God: a heart that loves deeply, forgives completely, and desires an intimate relationship with each of His children. The birth of Christ was not merely a religious event; heaven declared that God has not abandoned humanity but has come to dwell a...

THE ETERNAL WALK

HH, Patriarch Godfrey Gregg The journey of faith is not limited to the span of our earthly years—it is a walk that stretches into eternity. For those who belong to the Lord, life is more than a fleeting moment; it is the beginning of an everlasting union with God. Our walk with Him is both present and eternal. From the beginning, God has desired fellowship with man.  “Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away”  (Genesis 5:24). Enoch’s life reminds us that walking with God is not bound by earthly limitations but leads to eternal fellowship with Him. Jesus confirms this promise of eternal companionship, declaring:  “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die”  (John 11:25–26). Our walk continues beyond death, for in Christ we have eternal life. Paul describes this journey beautifully:  “For we walk by faith, not by ...

THE POWER OF GRATITUDE

HH, Patriarch Sir Godfrey Children of the Faith, Gratitude is the key that unlocks the fullness of God’s blessings. A thankful heart turns what we have into enough and more. It recognizes God’s hand in every circumstance and magnifies His goodness beyond measure. Gratitude is not merely a response to blessings received but a lifestyle that colours our perspective and strengthens our faith. In The Mystical Order, let us cultivate a spirit of thanksgiving in every season. When trials come, let gratitude be the lens through which we view them—as tools for growth and deeper reliance on God. When blessings abound, may our hearts overflow in praise and generosity. A thankful heart brings joy and peace, binds us together in humility, and stands as a testimony to the world of God’s faithfulness. Let us give thanks in all things, knowing that this is God’s will for us in Christ Jesus. Today, renew your commitment to gratitude. Let your prayers be filled with thanksgiving and your lips wit...
