DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE WITH ARCHBISHOP ANDRES B. QUOW

Archbishop and Presiding Prelate Hon. Andres B. Quow

Beloved in the Lord, devotion is the holy posture of a heart that has discovered the sufficiency of God. In a world that constantly urges us to seek validation, security, and identity in many places, the devoted believer declares with quiet confidence that God alone is enough. This is not a careless statement; it is the fruit of walking with Him through valleys and over mountains, through battles and victories. Over time, the soul learns that the presence of God is the greatest treasure, and fellowship with Him is the highest privilege.

As Presiding Prelate, there is a burden that every son and daughter within this fellowship comes to know God personally and intimately. Titles and positions, though meaningful, cannot replace a genuine relationship with the Lord. Devotion is what deepens that relationship. It is seen when we pause in the rush of life to listen for His voice, when we open the Scriptures with expectation, and when we pour out our hearts before Him in honesty. In such moments, the Spirit comforts, corrects, and commissions us afresh for His service.

Devotion also gives clarity in times of confusion. When opinions are many and pressures are strong, the devoted believer returns to the secret place to seek God’s counsel. There, away from noise and distraction, the Lord aligns the heart with His will. Decisions that seemed overwhelming begin to take shape under the light of His wisdom. This is vital for leaders and members alike, for the health of The Mystical Order depends not only on good plans, but on hearts tuned to the voice of God.

In this season, choose to guard your devotion fiercely. Protect your time with God as you would protect your most valuable possession. Let your days begin and end with an awareness of His presence and a word of gratitude on your lips. May your devotion grow deeper, your faith stand stronger, and your witness shine brighter, so that all who encounter this ministry may taste and see that the Lord is good.

FROM THE DESK OF THE QUEEN ABBESS

A Message from The Queen Abbess Dr. Patriarch Hackshaw To The Mystical Order Ministries: Making Christ the Center of Your Life This Christmas Beloved Members of The Mystical Order Ministries, I greet you with profound joy and spiritual affection as we enter into this sacred season of Christmas. It is my privilege and honour to extend to you my warmest wishes for a law-abiding, peaceful, and joyous holiday season. May the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ bring renewed hope, divine blessing, and transformative grace into every aspect of your lives. Christmas commemorates the most pivotal moment in human history—when the eternal Son of God humbled Himself and entered our world as a helpless infant. This divine condescension reveals the heart of our God: a heart that loves deeply, forgives completely, and desires an intimate relationship with each of His children. The birth of Christ was not merely a religious event; heaven declared that God has not abandoned humanity but has come to dwell a...

THE ETERNAL WALK

HH, Patriarch Godfrey Gregg The journey of faith is not limited to the span of our earthly years—it is a walk that stretches into eternity. For those who belong to the Lord, life is more than a fleeting moment; it is the beginning of an everlasting union with God. Our walk with Him is both present and eternal. From the beginning, God has desired fellowship with man.  “Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away”  (Genesis 5:24). Enoch’s life reminds us that walking with God is not bound by earthly limitations but leads to eternal fellowship with Him. Jesus confirms this promise of eternal companionship, declaring:  “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die”  (John 11:25–26). Our walk continues beyond death, for in Christ we have eternal life. Paul describes this journey beautifully:  “For we walk by faith, not by ...

THE POWER OF GRATITUDE

HH, Patriarch Sir Godfrey Children of the Faith, Gratitude is the key that unlocks the fullness of God’s blessings. A thankful heart turns what we have into enough and more. It recognizes God’s hand in every circumstance and magnifies His goodness beyond measure. Gratitude is not merely a response to blessings received but a lifestyle that colours our perspective and strengthens our faith. In The Mystical Order, let us cultivate a spirit of thanksgiving in every season. When trials come, let gratitude be the lens through which we view them—as tools for growth and deeper reliance on God. When blessings abound, may our hearts overflow in praise and generosity. A thankful heart brings joy and peace, binds us together in humility, and stands as a testimony to the world of God’s faithfulness. Let us give thanks in all things, knowing that this is God’s will for us in Christ Jesus. Today, renew your commitment to gratitude. Let your prayers be filled with thanksgiving and your lips wit...
