DEVOTIONAL MESSAGE WITH HON. ANDRES B. QUOW

Archbishop and Presiding Prelate Hon. Andres B. Quow

Beloved in the Lord, devotion is the sacred bridge between calling and fulfilment. Many hear the call of God, but only those who give themselves in steady devotion see the fullness of His purpose unfold in their lives. Devotion is not loud, yet it is powerful. It is the quiet choice made in the heart to honour God when no one is watching, to keep integrity when compromise seems easier, and to serve faithfully when applause has faded. In such hidden places, God shapes His true servants.

As Presiding Prelate, the desire is that every member of The Mystical Order understands that devotion is not reserved for the pulpit alone. It belongs in the home, in the workplace, and in the unseen chambers of the heart. When parents pray over their children, when leaders seek God before making decisions, when believers turn away from bitterness and choose forgiveness—that is devotion in action. These are the offerings that delight the heart of God and open the way for His favour.

Devotion also requires alignment. The heart, the mind, and the actions must agree with the truth of God’s Word. It is not enough to confess love for God while nurturing attitudes that contradict His nature. Therefore, there must be a continual willingness to be corrected, refined, and led by the Spirit. The devoted soul does not resist the dealings of God; it welcomes them, knowing that every pruning produces greater fruitfulness. This inner work is what gives credibility to our outer ministry.

In this season, let each believer renew the covenant of devotion. Set aside sacred moments in your day to listen for God's voice. Open the Scriptures not as a duty, but as a feast for your soul. Approach the altar—whether in the sanctuary or in your private room—with reverence and expectancy. May your life become a living devotion, a sermon that needs no microphone, a testimony that the grace of God can transform and sustain. And may the peace, power, and presence of the Almighty overshadow you, your household, and this entire fellowship, now and always.

FROM THE DESK OF THE QUEEN ABBESS

A Message from The Queen Abbess Dr. Patriarch Hackshaw To The Mystical Order Ministries: Making Christ the Center of Your Life This Christmas Beloved Members of The Mystical Order Ministries, I greet you with profound joy and spiritual affection as we enter into this sacred season of Christmas. It is my privilege and honour to extend to you my warmest wishes for a law-abiding, peaceful, and joyous holiday season. May the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ bring renewed hope, divine blessing, and transformative grace into every aspect of your lives. Christmas commemorates the most pivotal moment in human history—when the eternal Son of God humbled Himself and entered our world as a helpless infant. This divine condescension reveals the heart of our God: a heart that loves deeply, forgives completely, and desires an intimate relationship with each of His children. The birth of Christ was not merely a religious event; heaven declared that God has not abandoned humanity but has come to dwell a...

THE ETERNAL WALK

HH, Patriarch Godfrey Gregg The journey of faith is not limited to the span of our earthly years—it is a walk that stretches into eternity. For those who belong to the Lord, life is more than a fleeting moment; it is the beginning of an everlasting union with God. Our walk with Him is both present and eternal. From the beginning, God has desired fellowship with man.  “Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away”  (Genesis 5:24). Enoch’s life reminds us that walking with God is not bound by earthly limitations but leads to eternal fellowship with Him. Jesus confirms this promise of eternal companionship, declaring:  “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die”  (John 11:25–26). Our walk continues beyond death, for in Christ we have eternal life. Paul describes this journey beautifully:  “For we walk by faith, not by ...

THE POWER OF GRATITUDE

HH, Patriarch Sir Godfrey Children of the Faith, Gratitude is the key that unlocks the fullness of God’s blessings. A thankful heart turns what we have into enough and more. It recognizes God’s hand in every circumstance and magnifies His goodness beyond measure. Gratitude is not merely a response to blessings received but a lifestyle that colours our perspective and strengthens our faith. In The Mystical Order, let us cultivate a spirit of thanksgiving in every season. When trials come, let gratitude be the lens through which we view them—as tools for growth and deeper reliance on God. When blessings abound, may our hearts overflow in praise and generosity. A thankful heart brings joy and peace, binds us together in humility, and stands as a testimony to the world of God’s faithfulness. Let us give thanks in all things, knowing that this is God’s will for us in Christ Jesus. Today, renew your commitment to gratitude. Let your prayers be filled with thanksgiving and your lips wit...
