 The Overflow of My Grateful Heart

"Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." — 2 Corinthians 9:7

My Beloved,

Generosity is not a duty—it is the overflow of a heart that has tasted the goodness of God. I have walked this path long enough to know that when we give, we are not losing; we are participating in the . Whether it is our time, our resources, or our love, generosity is the language of the Kingdom.

In my years of serving The Mystical Order, I have seen how a single act of generosity can , and open doors for God’s miracles. But generosity is not measured by the size of the gift—it is measured by the love behind it. A cup of cold water given in Jesus’ name is as precious as the grandest offering.

Ask yourself: What am I holding back from God? True generosity begins when we realize that everything we have belongs to Him. Let us give freely, love abundantly, and trust that God will multiply what we surrender to Him.

THE ETERNAL WALK

  HH, Patriarch Godfrey Gregg The journey of faith is not limited to the span of our earthly years—it is a walk that stretches into eternity. For those who belong to the Lord, life is more than a fleeting moment; it is the beginning of an everlasting union with God. Our walk with Him is both present and eternal. From the beginning, God has desired fellowship with man.  “Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away”  (Genesis 5:24). Enoch’s life reminds us that walking with God is not bound by earthly limitations but leads to eternal fellowship with Him. Jesus confirms this promise of eternal companionship, declaring:  “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die”  (John 11:25–26). Our walk continues beyond death, for in Christ we have eternal life. It recognizes God’s hand in every circumstance and magnifies His goodness beyond measure. Gratitude is not merely a response to blessings received but a lifestyle that colours our perspective and strengthens our faith. In The Mystical Order, let us cultivate a spirit of thanksgiving in every season. When trials come, let gratitude be the lens through which we view them—as tools for growth and deeper reliance on God. When blessings abound, may our hearts overflow in praise and generosity.
