To The Mystical Order Ministries: Making Christ the Center of Your Life This Christmas

Beloved members of The Mystical Order Ministries,

As we gather in this sacred season of Christmas, I extend to you my warmest greetings and heartfelt blessings. This is a time when the world pauses to remember the greatest gift ever given to humanity—the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. In the midst of festive celebrations, glittering decorations, and joyful gatherings, let us not lose sight of the profound truth that stands at the heart of this season: Christ must be the center of our lives, not just during Christmas, but every day of the year.

The birth of Jesus in that humble manger in Bethlehem was not merely a historical event; it was the divine intervention of God breaking into human history to offer us redemption, hope, and eternal life. When we make Christ the center of our Christmas celebrations, we acknowledge that He is the reason for our joy, the source of our peace, and the foundation of our faith.

In a world increasingly consumed by materialism and distraction, it is easy to be swept away by the commercial aspects of this season. We may find ourselves preoccupied with gifts, parties, and seasonal obligations, forgetting the One whose birthday we celebrate. But as members of The Mystical Order Ministries, we are called to a higher standard—to live intentionally, placing Christ at the very core of our existence.

Making Christ the center of your life this Christmas means prioritizing worship over worldly pursuits. It means spending time in prayer, reflecting on the incarnation, and expressing gratitude for God's immeasurable love. It means extending compassion to those in need, just as Christ came to serve and not to be served. It means forgiving those who have wronged us, showing kindness to strangers, and being vessels of God's light in a darkened world.

This Christmas, I challenge each of you to examine your hearts. Ask yourself: Is Christ truly at the center of my life? Do my actions, words, and priorities reflect His teachings? Are you living in a way that honors the sacrifice He would later make on the cross?

Let us remember that the shepherds abandoned their flocks to worship the newborn King. The wise men traveled great distances, bearing precious gifts, to honor Him. They recognized the significance of His arrival and responded with reverence and devotion. May we follow their example, making whatever sacrifices necessary to keep Christ first in our hearts.

As we celebrate this holy season together, may your homes be filled with divine peace, your hearts overflowing with love, and your spirits renewed by the hope that Christ brings. Let this Christmas be a turning point—a moment when you recommit yourself fully to the Lord, making Him not just a part of your life, but the very center of all you do.

Wishing you a blessed and Christ-centered Christmas.

In His Service,

The Patriarch and Chief Apostle Sir Johnson

FROM THE DESK OF THE QUEEN ABBESS

A Message from The Queen Abbess Dr. Patriarch Hackshaw To The Mystical Order Ministries: Making Christ the Center of Your Life This Christmas Beloved Members of The Mystical Order Ministries, I greet you with profound joy and spiritual affection as we enter into this sacred season of Christmas. It is my privilege and honour to extend to you my warmest wishes for a law-abiding, peaceful, and joyous holiday season. May the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ bring renewed hope, divine blessing, and transformative grace into every aspect of your lives. Christmas commemorates the most pivotal moment in human history—when the eternal Son of God humbled Himself and entered our world as a helpless infant. This divine condescension reveals the heart of our God: a heart that loves deeply, forgives completely, and desires an intimate relationship with each of His children. The birth of Christ was not merely a religious event; heaven declared that God has not abandoned humanity but has come to dwell a...

THE ETERNAL WALK

HH, Patriarch Godfrey Gregg The journey of faith is not limited to the span of our earthly years—it is a walk that stretches into eternity. For those who belong to the Lord, life is more than a fleeting moment; it is the beginning of an everlasting union with God. Our walk with Him is both present and eternal. From the beginning, God has desired fellowship with man.  “Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away”  (Genesis 5:24). Enoch’s life reminds us that walking with God is not bound by earthly limitations but leads to eternal fellowship with Him. Jesus confirms this promise of eternal companionship, declaring:  “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die”  (John 11:25–26). Our walk continues beyond death, for in Christ we have eternal life. Paul describes this journey beautifully:  “For we walk by faith, not by ...

THE POWER OF GRATITUDE

HH, Patriarch Sir Godfrey Children of the Faith, Gratitude is the key that unlocks the fullness of God’s blessings. A thankful heart turns what we have into enough and more. It recognizes God’s hand in every circumstance and magnifies His goodness beyond measure. Gratitude is not merely a response to blessings received but a lifestyle that colours our perspective and strengthens our faith. In The Mystical Order, let us cultivate a spirit of thanksgiving in every season. When trials come, let gratitude be the lens through which we view them—as tools for growth and deeper reliance on God. When blessings abound, may our hearts overflow in praise and generosity. A thankful heart brings joy and peace, binds us together in humility, and stands as a testimony to the world of God’s faithfulness. Let us give thanks in all things, knowing that this is God’s will for us in Christ Jesus. Today, renew your commitment to gratitude. Let your prayers be filled with thanksgiving and your lips wit...
