To Members and Clergy of The Mystical Order Ministries: Making Christ the Center of Your Life This Christmas

Dearly Beloved Members and Esteemed Clergy of The Mystical Order Ministries,

As we approach this most sacred and joyous season, I greet you with the timeless words of the angels who heralded the birth of our Saviour: "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, goodwill toward men." It is with profound gratitude and spiritual joy that I extend to you my warmest wishes for a blessed, joyous, and prosperous holiday season.

Christmas is more than a date on our calendar—it is the celebration of God's greatest demonstration of love to humanity. When the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, heaven touched earth, and the trajectory of human history was forever altered. In the birth of Jesus Christ, we find the embodiment of hope, the promise of salvation, and the assurance that we are never alone.

As we celebrate this glorious season, I urge each of you—both clergy and laity—to intentionally make Christ the absolute center of your life. In our modern world, it is all too easy to become distracted by the trappings of the season: shopping, the parties, the endless activities that, while not inherently wrong, can subtly displace the very One we claim to honour. We must guard our hearts and minds against allowing the secondary to overshadow the primary.

To make Christ the center of your life this Christmas is to recognize Him as Emmanuel—God with us—not just in word, but in deed. It means inviting Him into every conversation, every decision, every moment of celebration. It means creating space for worship, even amidst the busyness. It means opening your Bible and meditating on the beautiful narrative of His birth, allowing the profound mystery of the Incarnation to transform your perspective.

For our devoted clergy, I challenge you to lead by example. As shepherds of God's flock, your lives must be living testimonies of Christ-centered living. Your teachings, your service, and your personal devotion should inspire those under your care to seek deeper intimacy with the Saviour. Remember that ministry is not merely about programs and services—it is about pointing people to Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith.

To all our members, let this Christmas be a season of spiritual renewal and recommitment. Let us return to the simplicity of the manger, where kings and shepherds alike bowed before the newborn King. Let us embrace humility, practice generosity, extend forgiveness, and radiate the love of Christ to everyone we encounter.

As we gather with family and friends, let us not forget those who are lonely, hurting, or in need. Christ came for the marginalized, the broken, and the lost. Our celebration is incomplete if we do not extend His love to those who need it most.

May this Christmas season bring you abundant joy, divine prosperity, and a deeper revelation of God's presence in your life. May your homes be sanctuaries of peace, your hearts overflow with gratitude, and your spirits be renewed by the transforming power of Christ's love.

In His Abundant Grace,

The Patriarch and Presiding Prelate Sir Godfrey Gregg

FROM THE DESK OF THE QUEEN ABBESS

A Message from The Queen Abbess Dr. Patriarch Hackshaw To The Mystical Order Ministries: Making Christ the Center of Your Life This Christmas Beloved Members of The Mystical Order Ministries, I greet you with profound joy and spiritual affection as we enter into this sacred season of Christmas. It is my privilege and honour to extend to you my warmest wishes for a law-abiding, peaceful, and joyous holiday season. May the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ bring renewed hope, divine blessing, and transformative grace into every aspect of your lives. Christmas commemorates the most pivotal moment in human history—when the eternal Son of God humbled Himself and entered our world as a helpless infant. This divine condescension reveals the heart of our God: a heart that loves deeply, forgives completely, and desires an intimate relationship with each of His children. The birth of Christ was not merely a religious event; heaven declared that God has not abandoned humanity but has come to dwell a...

THE ETERNAL WALK

HH, Patriarch Godfrey Gregg The journey of faith is not limited to the span of our earthly years—it is a walk that stretches into eternity. For those who belong to the Lord, life is more than a fleeting moment; it is the beginning of an everlasting union with God. Our walk with Him is both present and eternal. From the beginning, God has desired fellowship with man.  “Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away”  (Genesis 5:24). Enoch’s life reminds us that walking with God is not bound by earthly limitations but leads to eternal fellowship with Him. Jesus confirms this promise of eternal companionship, declaring:  “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die”  (John 11:25–26). Our walk continues beyond death, for in Christ we have eternal life. Paul describes this journey beautifully:  “For we walk by faith, not by ...

THE POWER OF GRATITUDE

HH, Patriarch Sir Godfrey Children of the Faith, Gratitude is the key that unlocks the fullness of God’s blessings. A thankful heart turns what we have into enough and more. It recognizes God’s hand in every circumstance and magnifies His goodness beyond measure. Gratitude is not merely a response to blessings received but a lifestyle that colours our perspective and strengthens our faith. In The Mystical Order, let us cultivate a spirit of thanksgiving in every season. When trials come, let gratitude be the lens through which we view them—as tools for growth and deeper reliance on God. When blessings abound, may our hearts overflow in praise and generosity. A thankful heart brings joy and peace, binds us together in humility, and stands as a testimony to the world of God’s faithfulness. Let us give thanks in all things, knowing that this is God’s will for us in Christ Jesus. Today, renew your commitment to gratitude. Let your prayers be filled with thanksgiving and your lips wit...
